Proven Success
01. GATLIN’S BBQ
Operational Modernization
WAFL+ modernized Gatlin’s BBQ’s front-of-house menu infrastructure by replacing a complex analog system with an owner-controlled digital platform designed to improve ordering flow, reduce operational friction, eliminate recurring software dependency, and give the restaurant direct control over future menu updates.
The deployment included three 50-inch commercial displays, digital menu architecture, vendor coordination, implementation planning, and an owner-controlled management workflow designed to reduce long-term dependence on outside software providers.
Business Architecture · Operations · Digital Infrastructure · Brand Experience
Outcome: $30,000 projected five-year software cost avoided · 3-screen commercial system deployed · Owner-controlled management workflow
02. THE BRISKET MAGICIAN
Business Foundation & Growth Architecture
WAFL+ worked with founder Roman Silas to move The Brisket Magician from an informal food concept toward a structured business with the foundation required to operate, test demand, and scale responsibly.
The engagement included restoring the business entity to active status, establishing the DBA, completing food-management certification, developing the brand concept, creating the go-to-market roadmap, and sequencing future growth from localized validation to a mobile food trailer and eventual brick-and-mortar operation.
Business Architecture · Compliance · Brand Development · Go-to-Market Strategy
Completed: Entity restoration · DBA · Food-management certification · Brand conceptual identity · GTM roadmap
Growth Path: Validation → Mobile Food Trailer → Brick & Mortar
03. THE BIRRIA QUEEN
Brand & IP Architecture
WAFL+ developed the Phase 1 architecture for The Birria Queen’s transition into a brand capable of supporting mobile food operations, a future brick-and-mortar location, frozen grocery distribution, and long-term franchising.
The work was designed to protect the foundation before major capital was invested into signage, packaging, retail placement, or franchise development. Scope included national brand discovery, naming criteria, candidate development, USPTO and market-conflict research, ownership architecture, domain and social-handle review, and mapping how the future brand would operate across restaurant, grocery, licensing, and franchise categories.
Brand Strategy · IP Architecture · Ownership Structure · Expansion Readiness
Phase 1 Scope: National naming strategy · Clearance research · Ownership mapping · Filing readiness
Expansion Lanes: Restaurant · Mobile Food · Grocery · Licensing · Franchise

04. Texas Real Estate
Real Estate Execution & Market Positioning
Anjelique has executed nearly $900,000 in documented real estate transactions, including a $649,000 Jordan Ranch transaction and a $240,000 Kenilwood transaction.
Her experience required more than listing property. It involved market positioning, buyer communication, negotiation, transaction management, relationship development, and moving high-value opportunities from presentation through closing.
That transactional experience now informs how she approaches brand positioning, founder presentation, partnerships, media strategy, and the way businesses communicate value to decision-makers.
Brand Positioning · Negotiation · Market Strategy · Transaction Execution
Documented Volume: $889,000 in real estate transactions
05. Perfection Movers
Customer Operations & Logistics Scale
Sean Johnson spent 10 years building Perfection Movers through more than 7,000 customer engagements and approximately 500,000 operating miles.
That volume required repeatable systems for customer acquisition, scheduling, logistics, service delivery, trust, problem resolution, and operational consistency across thousands of real-world transactions.
Sean brings that founder-operator perspective into WAFL+ as he develops deeper expertise in customer acquisition, conversion systems, performance marketing, and measurable growth.
Customer Operations · Logistics · Service Delivery · Acquisition
Operating Proof: 7,000+ customer engagements · Approx. 500,000 operating miles · 10 years
06. NURO
Operations Leadership & Process Improvement
Dom advanced from Autonomous Vehicle Operator to Operations Manager at Nuro, working inside commercial autonomous-vehicle operations connected to Kroger, Chick-fil-A, and Domino’s.
He managed teams ranging from 17 to 45 people, completed 32 operational improvements within 10 months, and led during a 98% on-road operating month.
The experience strengthened the operating principles now used inside WAFL+: identify friction, document the system, improve the process, measure performance, and build structures that can function consistently at scale.

07. Talent Strategy, Media & Founder Positioning
Talent Strategy, Media & Founder Positioning
Anjelique has spent more than a decade turning people into opportunities.
Across national television and digital media, she has sourced, prepared, positioned, and pitched talent for producers and executives connected to Netflix, Hulu, OWN, Amazon Prime Video, MTV/Paramount+, Food Network, and other major platforms.
Her impact is measurable. She recruited 5 of 12 cast members for Season 1 of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, recruited 6 of 8 couples for OWN’s Family or Fiancé, created and edited 50+ international talent pitch decks, and coordinated finalists for executive producer review.
Inside WAFL+, that experience becomes a business-development advantage: identifying what is compelling, sharpening the story, and positioning founders and brands so decision-makers immediately understand the opportunity.
Media Strategy · Talent Positioning · Audience Resonance · Opportunity Development
Core Value: Turning people, stories, and businesses into opportunities the market can recognize and act on.
08. NEXT DEPLOYMENT
In Development
New WAFL+ engagements will be added here as systems, brands, growth infrastructure, and operating improvements move from strategy into execution.
09. NEXT DEPLOYMENT
Coming Soon
Additional case studies will be published as active work reaches a stage where the scope, execution, and outcomes can be documented responsibly.
That keeps the section honest and actually reinforces your standard: you do not call something a deployment until it has been deployed.

Business Architecture
We structure the business underneath the idea: operating systems, revenue models, workflows, roles, AI-enabled processes, partnerships, and the infrastructure required to scale without unnecessary friction.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
We clarify how the business, founder, product, or service should be understood, differentiated, presented, and experienced by the market.
Growth Marketing &
Customer Acquisition
We build measurable paths from attention to customers through conversion funnels, campaign architecture, performance tracking, customer acquisition systems, and revenue-focused growth strategy.
Intellectual Property &
Asset Strategy
We help founders identify, organize, protect, and structure the brands, systems, content, products, and other business assets that can create long-term enterprise value.
Media, Talent &
Founder Positioning
We shape founder narratives, prepare talent, identify aligned media opportunities, and connect visibility to larger business-development and brand objectives.
Implementation &
Deployment
We move beyond recommendations into execution by coordinating vendors, technology, operating systems, creative partners, workflows, documentation, and project delivery.
What sets us apart
We do not separate strategy from execution. We look at the business underneath the idea, identify what is creating friction, and build the structure, positioning, systems, and growth infrastructure needed to move forward.

01. BUILT BY OPERATORS
Our recommendations come from businesses, systems, transactions, intellectual property, media, logistics, and technology we have personally built, managed, or operated. We do not study execution from the sidelines.
02. STRUCTURE BEFORE SCALE
We identify what must be corrected before more money, marketing, people, or technology are added. Growth should strengthen the business, not amplify problems already underneath it.
03. ONE BUSINESS. MULTIPLE DISCIPLINES.
Business architecture, brand strategy, and growth marketing work together. We structure how the business operates, clarify how the market understands it, and build the path that turns attention into customers and revenue.
04. WE STAY THROUGH EXECUTION
We do more than hand over recommendations. Where the engagement requires it, we coordinate vendors, build workflows, develop infrastructure, implement systems, document processes, and move the work into real-world use.
LET’S LOOK UNDER THE HOOD.
You do not need more random advice. You need to understand what is working, what is slowing the business down, and what needs to be built next.
