This was WAFL+’s first full-scale community development R&D project—transforming a distressed property into a livable home while documenting every step of budgeting, permitting, and contractor coordination.

The lessons gained here became the foundation of our copyrighted Playbook, apprenticeships, and ride-along training, now used to guide other small business owners and contractors through the same process with clarity and confidence.
