Refund Policy for WAFL+ Services:

Refund Timeline:

Refunds to credit cards and mobile payment service providers will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • If our services, such as the Playbook, ride-along, or renovation rescue, do not meet the outlined details and our quality assurance team reviews the situation, you may be eligible for a refund.

  • If an issue can be resolved immediately, we will do our best to address it promptly.

Process for Refund:

  • Report any concerns immediately to our staff or contact us through our official communication channels.

  • Our quality assurance team will review the issue and take the necessary steps to either correct the problem or process a refund.

Full Refund:

If the issue cannot be corrected at the time of mention, your money will be refunded in full.
